We will be at “C’è più Gusto” in Bologna with 47 beers for tasting, numerous masterclasses, and a new guide published by GEDI.
The food festival, titled “Le forme del gusto,” has become a regular event for enthusiasts and professionals in the gastronomic sector, and this year, as every year, features the participation of Italian and international excellence, including world-renowned chefs such as Massimo Bottura, Elena Reygadas, Alain Ducasse, Cristina Bowerman, Cristiano Tomei, and the current number one of the “50 Best Restaurant,” Oriol Castro.
As the only brewing presence, we have dedicated ourselves for years to promoting beer culture and celebrating its many facets, fostering a conscious and passionate approach. During the event, we will guide guests on a journey to discover new ways of experiencing beer, its flavors, and countless gastronomic pairings. We will offer 47 beers on tap, organize themed masterclasses, and provide a special show-cooking session in which Cristina Bowerman will present an original recipe using one of our selected beers.
One of the central moments will be the launch of the guide “Birra in tavola: L’arte degli abbinamenti,” written together with Eleonora Cozzella, director of Il Gusto, and Stefano Pesce, available at newsstands on Saturday, October 12, as a free gift with la Repubblica in Turin, Milan, Genoa, Florence, Rome, and Naples. A journey through 60 traditional Italian recipes reinterpreted by great chefs and paired with 60 different beers from the QBA selection, with explanations, insights, and some tips for everyday kitchen use.
Always following the philosophy of “Drink less, drink better,” QBA confirms itself as a reference point for brewing culture in Italy, in pubs, restaurants, and, from today, also at home.
