What is C'è più Gusto?
From October 18 to 19, 2025, in the magnificent setting of Palazzo Re Enzo in Bologna, C’è più Gusto will bring together producers, chefs, artisans, and enthusiasts for a weekend dedicated to the many forms of flavor.
This is a major event organized by GEDI – Il Gusto, which each year brings to Bologna some of the most important names in Italian and international gastronomy, from Massimo Bottura to Cristina Bowerman, as well as young talents and leading figures in contemporary dining.
“The Languages of Food” is the theme of the 2025 edition: a journey through flavors and knowledge that tell the story of the gastronomic world from every perspective.
