QBA at C’è più Gusto 2025

In 2025, Quality Beer Academy will once again be present at “C’è più Gusto”, the event that has been held in Bologna in October for several years.

As always, we will bring a selection of exceptional beers to showcase beer through food as well.

What is C'è più Gusto?

From October 18 to 19, 2025, in the magnificent setting of Palazzo Re Enzo in Bologna, C’è più Gusto will bring together producers, chefs, artisans, and enthusiasts for a weekend dedicated to the many forms of flavor.

This is a major event organized by GEDI – Il Gusto, which each year brings to Bologna some of the most important names in Italian and international gastronomy, from Massimo Bottura to Cristina Bowerman, as well as young talents and leading figures in contemporary dining.

“The Languages of Food” is the theme of the 2025 edition: a journey through flavors and knowledge that tell the story of the gastronomic world from every perspective.

QBA's role at the event

With our participation, we renew Quality Beer Academy‘s commitment to education and training, with the goal of promoting a conscious and curious approach to the world of beer, honoring our philosophy of “Drink less, drink better.”

We have always sought to create a bridge with the world of gastronomy, searching for perfect pairings: each beer is chosen to enhance the dish it accompanies, in a harmonious dialogue where food and beer elevate each other.

During the event, attendees will be able to discover over 60 selected beers from the finest breweries on the European and international scene, taste them, and learn to recognize their aromas, styles, and possible pairings with traditional dishes and gastronomic innovations.
